Project Management:
Each engagement is unique, with varying levels of complexity and activities. CSI develops and presents its project plan as part of the engagement documentation and prides itself in its ability to coordinate its activities with the other teams involved, throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.
Design, Integrate, Program and Test:
Design guidelines
- Components that provide high quality, high reliability and integrate well with the other components in the system(s).
- Design User Interfaces that are simple to use.
Programming the system elements into a solution involves various technical activities. Some typical examples include:
- Network functionality
- Systems interoperability
- User Interface functionality and customization
Installation, Setup and Final Testing:
This process step may be as simple as a single visit to the location or may include multiple visits during the construction phase. In all cases, attention to detail and quality workmanship are paramount and CSI excels in these areas.
User Training:
CSI begins its user training during Final Testing by demonstrating the features and functions of the solution and continues by setting up user training sessions as soon as possible after install is complete. Training continues after the initial formal session(s) as customer questions arise and are answered via person-to-person and electronic communications.
Warranty:
CSI will include a full one-year warranty service to you as part of your solution.
Ongoing Support:
When the warranty period is nearing its end, we will let you know by scheduling the last follow-up. At this time, CSI will present you with some options for ongoing support.
Our support plans all include;
- Continuation of the Remote Monitor and Management
- Technical consultation/continued training access
- Firmware upgrades
- Scheduled onsite preventive maintenance visits
- Discounted service and maintenance labor rates
